Lionsgate may be known for making movies but they are also heavily invested in other areas of the entertainment industry, including distribution and repackaging of popular shows and movies. Through this latest contract both Lionsgate and Saban Brands (the owners of the Power Rangers franchise) expect to see the Power Rangers continue to entertain and imbue American children with good values such as teamwork, fair play, and good health.
Many a college student and young adult has fond memories of watching Power Rangers TV shows while growing up.
